Utica: The Last Refuge” on Monday, October 24 2022 at the Little Theatre.

In honor of UN Day, the United Nations Association of Rochester (UNAR) is proud to host two screenings of the new documentary “Utica: The Last Refuge” on Monday, October 24 2022 at the Little Theatre.  The documentary explores refugee resettlement in Utica, New York – following a refugee family from Sudan as they transition from isolation to a larger, thriving refugee community.  It also highlights the work of agencies that help in resettlement, and the positive impact on Utica’s economy.  

There will be screenings at 3pm and 6pm, with a panel discussion following the evening show.
